“I wholeheartedly recommend S as she was an amazing sitter for Lex, and I can’t thank her enough for looking after our boy so amazingly well! It was our first time leaving Lex with someone else, so we were quite anxious about it, but since meeting S for a meet and greet I felt confident to leave Lex in her care. She asked tons of relevant questions to understand Lex’s needs and make notes of all of it. After we left Lex with her, she quickly sent pictures that reassured us that he was doing fine and not missing us at all—that was a massive relief and we were able to start our holiday feeling relaxed. Lex is a very energetic puppy Lab, reactive to dogs and pigeons/birds, and a strong lead puller; even with all this, Stephanie was very patient trying to understand Lex and adjusting things as she learned what worked and what didn’t—she even did some research in advance to refresh her puppy training knowledge before we arrived! During our trip, she sent us photos and videos giving us continued reassurance that Lex was also enjoying his vacation from us! Thank you, S!”

“Thank you so much to S and her husband for looking after our golden retriever Lenny. We are not from London but we were travelling in the UK with our dog and had an event to go to in London where we unfortunately couldn’t take Lenny. S made me feel very secure about leaving Lenny before we dropped him off and had a phone call with me to reassure me as this was our first time doing this. On the day where we dropped Lenny off S was very friendly and we could tell Lenny liked her straight away. Throughout Lennys stay they kept us up to date with photos of what they were doing. Lenny seemed to be having a great time and they did all Lennys favourite things with him ! When we picked him up in the morning he seemed very relaxed and happy! We would 100% use S & her Husband again.”

S came back to me straight away, even though she was on holiday and was really keen to find out exactly how to best welcome Enzo and make him comfortable, given that he’s an anxious rescue. Enzo was very well looked after and even though he’s not the easiest dog with strangers, he had had a lovely day. S and her husband were so kind and caring and clearly love dogs.
